Shwartz Housing started with one simple goal: to make quality housing and construction more attainable for everyday people. What began with affordable homes and ADU solutions has grown into a company helping hundreds of customers explore everything from custom steel homes and barndominiums to workshops, garages, commercial buildings, and complete development projects.

Over time, we learned that our customers needed more than just a building delivered to their property. They needed someone who could help them understand the entire process — design, engineering, permitting, site preparation, concrete, delivery, erection, financing options, and the steps that come afterward. That is what pushed Shwartz Housing to become more than a building supplier.

Today, we specialize in galvanized steel structures designed for strength, flexibility, and long-term value, while helping customers create buildings that actually fit their land, budget, lifestyle, and future plans. From a small backyard ADU to a large custom barndominium or commercial project, our approach remains the same: understand the customer's vision, simplify the process, and help turn that vision into something real.
