The Shwartz LLC Shell Package is designed for clients who want a strong, economical starting point for their home, barndominium, garage, commercial building, ADU, or other steel-building project.
Our shell package provides the main exterior structure of your building using a galvanized steel framing system. This gives you the flexibility to complete the interior yourself, work with your own contractors, or ask us about available turnkey options.
What Does the Shell Package Include?
Depending on your selected design and project quote, your shell package can include:
Galvanized steel structural framing
Exterior metal wall panels
Metal roofing system
Roof and exterior trim
Exterior man doors
Windows shown in your selected design
Garage-door openings when included in the design
Building erection / installation when included in your quote
Coordination for engineered building plans and permitting when included in your project scope
Our steel buildings are designed around your project requirements, location, dimensions, roof style, openings, and applicable engineering requirements.
What Is NOT Included in a Standard Shell?
A shell is not a completed interior home.
Unless specifically included in your written quote, interior work such as the following is separate:
Interior framing
Drywall
Insulation
Electrical
Plumbing
HVAC
Cabinets and countertops
Bathrooms and kitchens
Interior doors
Flooring
Appliances
Interior finishes
Concrete, site work, septic, utilities, and other foundation-related work are also quoted separately unless your proposal specifically states they are included.
